Applying for a loan is a straight forward and easy process. The chart below outlines the simple steps to large savings when you purchase, refinance or obtain an equity line of credit with us. Here's how:
Step 1:
Let us help you determine which No Problem loan program is right for you by completing and submitting an online application. APPLY NOW.
Step 2:
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your request. Once your information has been reviewed, we will send you a loan application to authorize. In the meantime, an experienced Loan Officer will contact you to make sure we are of assistance at all times.
Step 3:
You will review, endorse, and return the loan application package along with supporting documents to us. You may lock in your rate any time during the application process.
An appraiser will contact you to schedule a meeting at your home at your convenience.
Step 4:
We will review and underwrite your loan. The results will be either:
Full Approval: Our underwriter approves your loan without requiring additional documents. We will then prepare your final settlement documents for closing.
Conditional Approval: Our underwriter conditionally approves your loan with a request for additional supporting documents. Your Loan Officer will help you satisfy the requested conditions.
Step 5:
We schedule and prepare your final loan documents for closing.
Step 6:
You attend closing (usually done right in your home) and okay final loan documents.
Step 7:
We issue you a check for your loan amount.
